European Search Awards 2026 Winner - Best PPC Agency

JudeLuxe — ecommerce-only Google Ads, managed to profit (POAS), for UK brands spending £15k+/month. Fixed fees.

    Pricing: fixed fees,
    never percentage of spend.

Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend. Think about what that pays them to do: recommend more spend. Whether the last £20k of monthly budget returned more than it cost has no bearing on their invoice — only on your P&L.

We charge fixed monthly fees, priced on two things:

    Catalogue complexity

SKU count, margin variance, feed condition, market count. This is what actually drives workload in profit-led Google Ads, not spend level.

    Scope

Retained management, CSS, consultancy, or combinations.

Spend more, spend less: our fee doesn't move. Which means when we tell you to cut spend on a campaign, you can believe us.

    The commercial terms

    Three-month initial engagement.

Long enough to re-plumb an account onto POAS and prove the direction; short enough that we're accountable fast.

    Month-to-month after that, 30-day exit.

No lock-ins. Retention is our job to earn — currently 98%.

    Who it's for:

Ecommerce brands spending £15k+/month on Google Ads, typically £3M–£100M+ revenue, with real margin variance across the catalogue.

    What determines your quote

We scope after a short audit of your account and feed — because a 400-SKU single-market catalogue and a 40,000-SKU five-market catalogue are different jobs, and pretending otherwise is how agencies end up doing shallow work at scale.

    FAQ

    Why not percentage of spend?

Because it rewards scale, not profit. An agency paid on spend has no financial reason to tell you the marginal pound is losing money. Fixed fees make 'spend less' a recommendation we can afford to give.

    Do you charge performance fees?

No. Performance fees on revenue metrics recreate the ROAS problem through the back door — they reward the wrong number.

    What's the typical range?

Engagements start from £2,000 per month as a fixed fee, scoped on catalogue complexity rather than spend level. We work with ecommerce brands spending £15k+ per month on Google Ads.
